Forever Hope Agency President Jameisha Trice-Rayborn is a passionate advocate for community training and youth advocacy. Her past activities include conducting chartable functions for various groups and Non-Profit organizations including, The Greater Chicago Food Depository, and the Women’s Symposium for The Temple of Glory Chicago were she raised donations, toiletries and clothing for battered Women’s Shelters and for Breast Cancer Research.
Ms. Trice-Rayborn also worked as the Director of Teen Reach after school program at the Austin Peoples Action Center, were she was responsible for curriculum and lesson plan development, overseeing instructors, program coordination, and also acted in an advisory role for the Illinois Summer Youth Employment Program where she was responsible for assisting in the management of youth employees.
Her work in training and employment services stems from her time with the Illinois Department of Transportation as an Employment Specialist/ Placement Counselor under a state funded grant facilitated by the Chicago Urban League. She conducted workshops and skills training in job procurement for over 200 graduates.
Forever Hope Agency Vice President Tracy Crawford-Kincaide has been an advocate for community and youth services for over 25 years. It has been her strong desire to help those in need. Her upbringing has been her driving force behind her community involvement and activities. She trained at Neighborhood Leadership Development Institute (NLDI) in Washington D.C. under leadership of Robert Woodson.
Seeing that there was a great need for the people in her community of Brooklyn, Illinois to have access to Technology/computers, mentoring, and tutoring, she assisted in economic development for State Funding to further advance Brooklyn’s first Family Resource Center which housed programs aimed at family and community development. This program serviced over 200 individuals and rapidly grew after starting with just 15 participants.
Mrs. Crawford-Kincaide regularly volunteers at the Greater Chicago Food Depository and is an active member of the Breast Cancer support organization the Tatisa Joiner Foundation.
As the Former District Liaison Manager for Illinois State Senator Kimberly A. Lightford, Manager of Psychiatry For Adolescents & Children In Transition Clinic for the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services, Social Services Coordinator for Lakeside Community Committee, Program Director/Project Lead for Austin Peoples Action Center/Illinois Department of Transportation Chicago Urban League, Deverrick Crawford comes with over 15 years of experience in public service and social services. His love for the community and for children can be seen through the impact of the services that he has assisted in providing throughout the years. He has been one of the driving forces behind many successful social service programs in the Chicagoland area and hopes to expand his ideas and impact worldwide through Forever Hope Agency.
